Return  Policy

If the color, size, or item doesn’t work for you, you can return it within 7 days of receiving your order.

 

Item Condition

 

All returned items must be:  

- In original condition (unworn, unwashed, no signs of use)  

- With all original tags and labels attached

 

The return processing time is 1 to 3 business days.

Once the return is approved, the funds will be transferred to the card used for the original payment within 1 to 10 banking days.

 

Please note that the refund processing time depends on your Bank and may take up to 30 banking days.

 Items with custom embroidery or dyeing are non-refundable and non-exchangeable. Please make sure to clarify all details in advance.

 

You can contact us if you discover a defect in the item. If it can be fixed, we will repair it; if not, we will replace it. Returns and subsequent shipping of a new item will be carried out within 7 days of purchase at our expense.

 

Please note that “snags” in the form of horizontal lines and “knots” on the items are natural characteristics of linen fabric (as it is entirely natural) and are not considered defects.
